Vegetable Salad
1 (16 oz.) baby peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) white corn, well drained
1 (16 oz.) French style green beans
1 c. finely chopped green onion
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 small jar or red pepper(pimientos), finely chopped
In pan, bring to boil 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon water, 3/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup oil, and 1 cup sugar. When cooled, pour vegetables and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
