Today is the third day of our 30 days of blog posts! In this post, I will be giving you a few more tips on how to stay sane and healthy during the quarantine.
First of all, yoga and meditation could be great new things to try at this time. They are good ways to pass the time and can help improve your mental state. These activities require no equipment and are the perfect habits to incorporate during this period of stress. My last tip for destressing and passing the time is to work on hobbies you love or introducing new hobbies into your life. Making art out of things around your house or learning new songs on an instrument are great things to do that can get your head out of the news that you are constantly being bombarded with. You can also work on cleaning and organizing your living spaces in order to create a more peaceful environment to spend your time in.
